Beware of Larian’s bug in Baldur’s Gate 3

Baldur's Gate 3

Baldur’s Gate 3 was released just a few days ago and everyone is talking about it. With its RPG, Larian Studios has met the expectations of Dungeons & Dragons RPG fans and has attracted many newcomers to the Wizards of the Coast franchise. However, be careful when leveling up your characters quickly, as you could be making a mistake.

As in all role-playing games, from time to time we will be able to level up our character with the consequences that this entails, generally good. However, if we go through the necessary steps to upgrade our character quickly and inattentively, we could be missing out on a new subclass at level 3.

We are not talking about the multiclasses, which can be done without problem from level 1, but about a subclass other than the one we chose as a base. In my case and as you can see below, I have a Rogue and when I reached level 3 the game selected me the Thief subclass. And it is that the game chooses a subclass automatically, which will make you lose one or more options if you do not realize it.

In the second tab when you upgrade, the choice will not be marked in red. This means that we could confirm the selection and return to the game without realizing that we have lost the unique subclass choice that we received at level 3 . may you never know you lost the subclass selection.”

Our recommendation is to keep an eye on the options and not level up quickly. Baldur’s Gate 3 offers us the option to respect, or reset character stats, in addition to resurrecting companions. For this we have to find Mustio, but the option to reconfigure characters will cost you 100 gold each. A small payment considering the range of options that it offers us.
