Nintendo 3DS models repair ceased on several models

The big N explains that this decision is due to a shortage of multiple parts that consoles require.

We have worrying news for all Nintendo 3DS owners, especially those who require some composure. This week the big N announced that it will stop offering its repair service for several models of its famous laptop due to the shortage of multiple parts that integrate these systems and they have become difficult to obtain.

The models affected by this decision are the original Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL, as well as the early New Nintendo 3DS. Outside of these, the company will still provide attention to all the other systems in the laptop family such as the Nintendo 2DS or the New Nintendo 3DS XL. It will also attend to those requests related to cartridge or accessory failure.

Unfortunately and due to the urgency of this announcement, Nintendo explained that there is a possibility that it may not be able to meet all the demand for repairs that they already had for these models. However, the Japanese firm ensures that those orders that were made before March 8 will be attended and covered.
