In general, there is only one thing that worries me, and that is the significant reduction in the infinite cache, which goes from the 96 MB that the Radeon RX 6700 XT had to 32 MB. In 1080p it is clear that it will not give problems, but I wonder what will happen in 1440p.
I know what you are thinking, that the Radeon RX 6600 XT is a graphics card designed to play in 1080p, and yes, it is true, but we must not forget that we are talking about a graphics card that has a recommended price of $ 379, a figure which places it very close to the RTX 3060 Ti, a perfect graphics card for 1440p that is also capable of moving games smoothly in 4K by adjusting the graphic quality.
For now, from the performance data that AMD has given, and that you can find in the attached graphics, it is clear that the Radeon RX 6600 XT positions at a reasonable level, since, as we anticipate, it is more expensive than the RTX 3060, but it makes up for it with higher performance.
