It seems that the low-end GPUs will continue to be begged, and it is that today we know that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 is still quite far from reaching the market, and specifically it would not arrive until the second quarter of next year (Q2 2022), and when it does, its performance is not that striking, and even less so when we consider that its price will arrive noticeably inflated due to current market circumstances.
As indicated, the GeForce RTX 3050 will be superior to the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER in terms of performance, although it will be inferior to the GeForce RTX 2060, a GPU that will be relaunched for the second time in the coming weeks, albeit in the form of a new one variant with 12 GB of GDDR6 memory.
In this way, it will not be able to compete with the Radeon RX 6500 XT, as this model will compete with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060.If we take into account that the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER can currently be found on the market at a price between 400 and 450 euros, it is to be expected that this new GPU will reach an even higher price. Ultimately it’s a lot of money for what will be the entry-level GPU in the GeForce RTX family.
