Boba Fett comes to Fortnite: the most dangerous bounty hunter in Star Wars lands in the Battle Royale

Fortnite collaborations have become surprisingly common, managing to chain the arrival of characters from all kinds of works and contexts to Epic’s Battle Royale. It gives the feeling that there is no popular franchise that can resist it, having had such beloved anime characters as Naruto or after the recent success of the Arcane animation series, including Jinx, from League of Legends.

It is not the first time that the Star Wars universe has arrived in Fortnite, but this time it does so through one of its most iconic characters, the fearsome and mysterious bounty hunter, Boba Fett. The crossover serves to celebrate the premiere of the new Disney + series that will be exclusively focused on the character, The Book of Boba Fett , and that will premiere on December 29.

As described on the Epic Games website , the arrival of Boba Fett will bring the following items to the Fortnite store:

  • The suit Boba Fett with accessory backpacker jetpack Z-6 : A man opens simple way through the galaxy as did his father.
  • Pico Vara Gaffi : The weapon of choice for the sand dwellers on Tatooine, a planet where Boba has long lived.
  • Delta Wing Boba Fett’s Starship: Characteristic Boba Fett’s Firespray-style ship. He inherited it from his father, Jango Fett.
  • Online Target Computer Gesture : Scan the horizon to find your target.

The landing of Slave I in the Battle Royale has taken place after the recent arrival of Chapter 3 of Fortnite, a new beginning for the popular title of Epic game, which has already had collaborations such as Spider-Man and Gears of War, in addition to a change of engine for the game, going to make use of Unreal Engine 5.
